When Boards Work Smarter, Organizations Work Better: A look at the latest in online offices for volunteer nonprofit boards

All nonprofits do better when their boards work effectively. Extranets – secure websites designed for online collaboration – are transforming the way nonprofit boards work and communicate. This session presents the leading online tool for this type of transforming work, Verve BoardEffectTM.

In this session, we will see a demo of Verve BoardEffectTM and learn how several organizations are helping board members capitalize on their precious volunteer time. We will explore what works for them in terms of technology and tools, incentives for adoption, ongoing management, and metrics of success.

This workshop is designed for executive directors, board members, board liaisons, and all nonprofit professionals interested in board governance.
